David Wolf

Licensed Real Estate Broker, REALTOR, and Mortgage Broker.

David brings real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, pricing strategy, buyer and seller representation, and transaction planning into one conversation.

Real estate information is not guaranteed and should be verified by buyer and seller. Mortgage guidance is not a commitment to lend. Loan eligibility, rates, and terms depend on borrower qualifications, property, underwriting, and market conditions.

Background

Brokerage, Lending, and Pricing Context in One Place.

David was first licensed as a real estate and mortgage broker in Canada in 1999, then earned his California real estate broker license in 2004. His earlier work included residential, acreage, land, and multi-family transactions, along with office leadership in real estate and mortgage brokerage.

Today, that background shows up in practical client conversations: what a buyer can write, what a seller may net, how financing changes the negotiation, where appraisal risk sits, and how timing affects the entire transaction.

The point is not to collect letters after a name. The point is to give clients better context before they make expensive decisions.

B.Sc. | Analytical foundation

SRS | Seller representation

PSA | Pricing and valuation

Pricing Strategy Advisor

PSA focuses on comparative market analysis, pricing conversations, valuation factors, and working with appraisers and clients around price evidence.

Why it matters: The right price conversation can affect offer strength, days on market, appraisal exposure, seller net, and buyer confidence.

MRP | Military and VA-aware guidance

Military Relocation Professional

MRP is NAR's certification for professionals who work with current and former military service members and understand military relocation considerations.
